Irfan Syed - From Security Operations to Executive Leadership

Irfan Syed is a business leader based in Valley Stream, New York, who earned a bachelor of science degree from City University of New York in New York. Over the course of 8 years at Lansdell, Irfan Syed advanced from an entry-level security position to the role of regional manager. Other notable positions in Irfan Syed’s career include his work as a specialist within the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Intelligence Division in New York City. In that role, he worked within an area focused on intelligence operations, adding another dimension to his experience in security-related work.

Today, Mr. Syed serves as the CEO of Jet Way. He initially joined the company as a consultant before taking on the role of vice president and later assuming leadership of the organization. Under his leadership, the business expanded beyond its original focus in security and entered the aviation services sector.

In addition to his professional activities, Mr. Syed participates in organizations such as the American Association of Retired Persons and the National Rifle Association. Outside of work, his interests include traveling, hunting, food, and New York sports.
